GENERAL CONDITIONS
• From mid-April to September changeover day is on Saturday with a minimum stay of one week.
• In the other seasons of the year are accepted booking starting from 3 nights with arrival day flexible.
• Deposit request: 35% of the rental price (by bank transfer).
• The cancellation of a reservation is an inconvenience for everyone. It is a pity that the apartments remain empty after we were forced to refuse other bookings, so we kindly ask to contact us immediately by phone, mail or fax. About cancellations are applied the general international norms, even for late arrivals or early departures.
• The number of people declared before the arrival date will be considered as definitive. Additional persons not previously declared will be rejected.
• No pets sorry.
• Security deposit required on arrival and returned upon departure € 200.00
• Check-In Time: 15.00/18.00 - Check-out time: before 9.00 am. We kindly ask our guests to organize your trips so to respect times of check in and check out.
