Casa Podere Monti offers 3 spacious holiday apartments created from the main building. Due to the different and various purposes of the original building, each apartment presents different features and sizes. The farmhouse is 10 minutes walk to the village.

Mandorlo, Ciliegio and Gelso: the accommodations take their names from the fruit trees surrounding them.
All the holiday apartments have been restored and furnished with great care of detail. The intention was to give a fresh touch but still respecting tradition, offering welcoming and authentic accommodation.

The apartment measures 100 sq.m. with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen-living room and patio. Mandorlo is totally on the ground floor and sleeps up to 8 people easily. Spacious and bright accommodation with two private entrance and entirely on groundfloor. In front of the apartment, private and sunny terraced - patio with pergola where to seat and hills view. A few meters from the path to the local village , 1 km - 10 min by walking.

The Gelso apartment , measuring 90 sq.m is a very typical old style Tuscan apartment . It is an ideal accommodation for families and couples thanks to the ample sitting room and ample chambers. It is on 2 levels : first floor with a double bedroom, spacious living room with 2 sofas, kitchen ,double bedroom with original restored Tuscan forniture and big bathroom with shower. On second floor characteristic attic bedroom ,very spacius and bright with 2/3 single beds. In front of the apartment ' entrance ( groundfloor) ,outdoor area with table and chairs to seat.

The holiday apartment Ciliegio measures 90 sq.m. and it is entirely on groundfloor. It is composed by kitchen, living room with sofas, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. Furnished in Tuscan style with original furniture and exposed beams. In front of the outdoor furnished area. Easy access to the path that in 10 min / 1 km brings to the local village.
