Not far from the main holiday home, Casa Podere Monti offers three holiday cottages with pool in the countryside of Tuscany, obtained from the refurbishment of the old agricultural annexes of the old farm.
Due to the different and various purposes of the original buildings, each cottage presents different features and sizes. We invite our guests to pay attention to these differences and we will be happy to answer your questions for further clarifications to find the accommodation that best suits your needs.
Leccio, Noce and Olivo: the accommodations take their names from the fruit trees surrounding them.
All the holiday cottages have been restored and furnished with great care to detail. The intention was to give a fresh touch but still respecting tradition, offering welcoming and authentic accommodation. Walking distance to the village.

Independent cottage measuring 45 sq.m., totally detached with nice views. It is composed of master bedroom with double bed , bedroom with 2 single beds, bright living room with sofa and fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and outdoor patio with table and chairs.
Independent holiday cottage, entirely on ground floor with pergola and small terrace at the back side. Ideal for couples or families. Just 1 km from the local village Casole, reachable in 10 minutes by walking.

Detached cottage measuring 80 sq.m. with private garden and made up of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, terrace and patio with a lovely view.Olivo is fully independent and is on two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with a 4-burner gas hob, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and kitchen implements. The small living room is full of light with large glass French windows, sofa and satellite TV.Upstairs feature and panoramic attic with 2 single beds and small wardrobe. The attic is opened and bright as well with 2 large windows and ensuite bathroom.The whole building is sourrounded by a private gated enclosed area with table and chairs + small terrace on west site. Very private and panoramic location. You can reach in only 10 min by walking the medieval village Casole d'elsa.

On the ground floor, there is the living room with sofas and satellite TV, fully-equipped kitchenette with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and cookery implements and a large bathroom with shower. On the first floor, the two bedrooms are full of light and warm with air conditioning. In front of the entrance, there is a welcoming patio with a view of the hills, furnished with garden furniture. All the holiday home is surrounded by a green fenced area with gate. A few meters from the Noce Cottage there is a convenient path to reach the village in only 10 min by walking.
