Guests will have the opportunity to choice between the standard rate* and the not refundable rate*.
Standard rate : this our standard policy where holidaymakers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 70%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
At the time of booking, 30% of the total amount will be charged as a confirmation deposit.
If the reservation is completed less then 7 days to arrival the 100% is charged.
No shows, late arrivals or early departures are equivalent to 100% penalty.
A percentage of 3% of the total amount will be ALWAYS deducted from the refund in case of cancellation to cover management costs. Refunds will be only by bank transfer.
Not refundable rate : this option gives the possibility book with a reduced price compared with the standard one.
The payment will be done in 1 solution upon completed the reservation and there is not refund.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in guaranteed not before than 16.00h and until 18.00h.*
Check-out by 9:00 am.
As required by Italian national laws, guests are recognized in person upon check-in. For this reason, check-ins will not be accepted at times when the staff cannot carry out this recognition.
*Check in time starts not before than 16.00 h . It is to guarantee the best preparation and cleaning of your holiday house.
To check in after 18.00 h it might be applyed an extra fee of 20 Euro/h.
After 21.00h , check in will be delayed to the morning after between 9.00 and 12.00 am.
Security deposit request upon arrival in cash 300 euros. At check out it will be totally refunded in case of no damages
INCLUDED IN PRICE:
Towels and linen. It will be provided a change of towels and linen once a week.
Water, gas, electricity.
Wi-fi connection- only on the outdoor areas ( garden and pool area)
OPTIONAL COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE:
Heating ( on a pay per use basis) : 1.50 euros per hour
Extral change of towels and linen: 16 euros per person
Mid- cleaning : 50 euros
Washing machine: 4 euros / wash
Pool towels : 5 euros / each .Pool towels are not included in the towel set,so must be booked before the arrival date. If pool towels are not booked in advance we cannot guarantee to provide them.
Baby cot included sheets and towels set : 20 euros per stay.
MANDATORY EXTRA COSTS:
Stay tax will be requested upon arrival and it mandatory for all guests over 11 years old. It is applied for the first 5 nights of the stay.
Final cleaning and sanitizing with Ozono generator : 50 Euros. This cost is included in the final bill.
Change of towels and bed-linen is once a week and cleaning of the property is upon departure.
The rental cost does not include cleaning during guests stay (example: if you stay two weeks, you will find the property spotless upon your arrival, but will not clean a second time at the end of first week). Of course, if necessary, it will perform the second cleaning for an extra charge of € 50.00 and in that second case we will change personally the bedding.
Use of swimming pool is included and it is open from 1st April to 30th October.
The wi-fi connection covers only the outdoor areas of the garden and swimming pool.
BONUS ( 2020 -2021- 2022 ) AND VOUCHERS / GIFT VOUCHERS
The beneficiaries of the bouns will be able to spend the amount corresponding to it in a stay at the Holiday Home Casa Podere Monti and within the deadline indicated when the bonus is issued.
The bonus can be used only once and it is deducted by the final bill.
The voucher/bonus cannot be transferred to other people who are not members of the same family unit and by its nature it is never refundable.
The bonus can only be applied to a stay of equal or greater value to it.
The bonus is applyed only to the standard rate.
The bonus is not refundable neither at the expiration of it.
It is possible to purchase gift vouchers ( stay and cooking courses) with name by contacting Casa Podere Monti directly.
• The cancellation of a reservation is an inconvenience for everyone. It is a pity that the accommodations remain empty after we were forced to refuse other bookings, so we kindly ask to contact us immediately by phone, mail or fax. About cancellations are applied the general international norms, even for late arrivals or early departures.
• The number of people declared before the arrival date will be considered as definitive. Additional persons not previously declared will be rejected.
• No pets sorry. Pets won't be admitted for any reason
